Meraki Mariages is for couples who dare to dream differently. For those who value meaning over spectacle, creativity over convention, and ease over excess. From intimate micro-weddings to exuberant multi-day extravaganzas, we imagine, design and organize unique celebrations.

Meraki Mariages is for those who want something that has never been and will never be again. With us, no copy-paste, no reproduction, no shortcut. From the initial creative proposal to the D-day, our approach is entirely tailor-made. We work with you to shape and refine a vision that is unmistakenly yours.

Planning becomes quiet direction: structure, technique, logistics and timing carefully considered so the experience feels held and effortless. Design unfolds as an experience – moments, atmospheres and details curated to spark joy, ignite imagination and leave a lasting imprint.

wedding planning

From selecting your venue to handpicking vendors in line with your vision and budget, managing the entire team, and coordinating live acts, entertainment and transportation, we act as the project manager of your wedding. We're the maestro that holds it all together, listening to your needs and holding your hand through every step of the process. On average, we spend 300 hours planning a 100-guest wedding.

wedding design

Design is the soul of the experience. From imagining the ceremony set-up to the dinner, floral décor, entertainment, soundscape to guest favours, we curate every aspect of your celebration, for an event your guests won't forget. From the first mood board to the grand reveal, we partner with you to craft every aspect of your big day, and work with our network of trusted vendors to bring it to life.

flawless execution

While creativity is our forte, it is our flawless execution that sets us apart. With fifteen years of experience in large-scale events, we understand technical direction and know how to navigate technically complex productions. We work closely with your venue(s) to design execution plans that are safe and realistic, and brief every vendor. On the day, we deliver the event with calm, precision and care.

stationary design

If, like us, you love details, you will love our design services. Carefully chosen stationery adds sophistication, harmony and elegance to your big day - it's the beginning and the continuation of your story. We work with talented illustrators, designers and our in-house team to design and produce personalised wedding newspapers, menus, name tags, seating plans, tote bags and favours. In all papers and textures.

We initially reached out in search of a bilingual Jour J wedding coordinator, and very quickly realized she was the perfect fit for us, especially with only 3 months to the wedding day. Not only is Charlotte fluent in both English and French, but she also brings with her an incredible network of vendors and a gift for creating a vision that feels deeply personal.
